EARTHSIDE is a gorgeous collection of twelve board books, each celebrating a different birth month through vibrant retro-inspired artwork, tactile felt flaps, foil details and a surprise mirror at the end. Little readers can explore flaps shaped like animals, flowers, stars and moons before finally spotting their own reflection on the last page. The panel loved the distinctive retro-futuristic illustrations and the thoughtful messages about connection, confidence and feeling seen. The use of recycled felt, FSC board and soy-based inks was much praised.
