Maternity wear used to be code for make-do with clothes that you would never actually choose to wear. Poor quality, baggy sacks or stretch jersey separates with dubious patterns were the norm...These days things have definitely perked up. A LOT. But while we've seen plenty of great going out dresses, vintage inspired styles and funky, statement styles we haven't seen many simple cool, every day, wearable basics that you would definitely want to continue wearing way after your pregnancy.
