Everyone fell in love with this beautifully designed children’s knitwear collection that is made from unsellable wool donations from Mary’s Living and Giving for Save The Children charity shops, and re-spun into 100% recycled yarn at the only wool recycling mill in the UK. The panel was incredibly impressed with this brand’s passionate mission to accomplish closed-loop production while helping such a worthy charity with 10% of all sales going to Save the Children. The contemporary paperchain motif woven into the knits was a huge hit making this collection a triumph in ethical, sustainable, stylish and philanthropic design.

This is the knitwear brand that kids genuinely love wearing. No scratchy pullovers here! Our judges loved the soft blend of 95% organic cotton and 5% cashmere that makes this knitwear extremely soft, yet durable and easy to wash. The JDA panel was impressed with the range of fun designs – especially the retro sheep – and were excited to learn that AW26 launches the brand’s ‘Mended for Life’ programme, which ensures is every garment is repairable for life, by the same hands that made it, free of charge.
