Who:HappySelf Journal
What:Daily guided journals for children and teens
Why:
Our judges loved these thoughtfully designed journals, offering a range of daily guided affirmations, writing and doodling exercises to promote happiness and positive habits. The sunny yellow, vegan-friendly cover sets the tone for a brighter outlook and everyone agreed that the quirkily illustrated pages and written prompts would help to boost gratitude, emotional resilience and self-confidence.
This is very cleverly constructed. I can see how it would really help anyone struggling with transitions or change in life. I like that it’s worded accessibly and doesn’t seem too high pressure.
When kids are having a tricky time, these books are great for helping them find a new perspective and take a break from social media.
Such a great tool for kids and parents when life gets a little overwhelming - which it so often does.
