Who: Lumie
What:Willow bedtime lamp
Why:
The JDA panel couldn’t stop talking about the Willow bedtime lamp. These beautiful, evidence-based lights are designed to encourage calmer bedtimes with circadian lighting, a gentle glow that mimics natural fading light patterns to create a relaxing sleep environment. The three design options featuring different Disney characters are all equally lovely, the judges agreed they would be a beautiful addition to any nursery and bedtime routine.
"Such a gorgeous range of bedside lamps. Love the style and shape and the light it emits. Really lovely in any nursery. Great functionality."
"Visually appealing design with beautiful detail. Would look perfect on a bedside table and in a nursery."
"Design is appealing to toddlers. Often night lights are more parent oriented but I imagine this would make kids feel very grown up and (potentially?!) likely to sleep! Love the sunset function."
"I love that each lamp tells a story - great design and size, perfect for their rooms."

Who:Rockit
What:Wooshh by Rockit
Why:
Woosh was designed by dads who saw a gap in the market for a truly portable sound soother, so they made one themselves. Woosh is the perfect size to be carried everywhere, and despite its mini measurements, it’s nothing short of amazing! It’s rechargeable, there’s a handy clip on the back, a silicone strap, or it can simply be stood on any flat surface. There’s even a super cool NASA-approved space noise amongst the 8 soothing sound options.
"The perfect gadget that works like a dream!!! Love how mini it is, great product!"
"A great small sized product. Easy to transport. Great volume for being so small."
"Small and easy for an on-the-go alternative to the larger Rockit."

Who:Rockit
What:Zed by Rockit
Why:
Our judges were impressed by this genius little device, made to mimic the gentle vibrations and rumbles of a comforting car ride. There are six vibration modes, perfected by Dr Nick Webb, who has a PhD in sound and vibration engineering, and the judges loved that Zed doubles as a nightlight. That’s one hard-working sleep aid! The panel thought it was great that Zed works on any mattress type, and in any bed for any stage from newborn through to childhood.
"A great addition to sleep aids in your home. Seems really handy and would be a big help for parents."
"Love the product, vibration isn’t aggressive which works well."

Who:SleepaSloth
What:Baby Sound Machine and Nightlight
Why:
Judges loved this sweet little sloth, a soothing sound machine that can cling on to the side of a crib or sit on a nearby surface nearby. The SleepaSloth has its own library of sounds, or you have the unique option to add your own recordings to soothe your little one to sleep. His nose acts as a gentle night light too, which the panel thought was just adorable!Â
"Easy to connect - great way to soothe baby/child! Love that it also has a light, essential for those night time wake ups."
"Really intuitive to use for mum’s short on sleep who don’t have it in them to read a 50 page manual and press the same button 8 times to find the correct mode. Fun looking for kiddos too."
"Child friendly design - acts like a child’s best friend. Good use of different materials and visually very cute."
"Very cute design."
