No Fuss Pasta

‘No-fuss’ Kids Roasted Veggie Pasta: A combination of roasted courgette, carrot and broccoli stirred into Mr Organic’s Kids Pasta Sauce, which also counts as one of your five-a-day – a simple and healthy option for a quick tea-time.



  • sliced courgette 50g
  • sliced carrot 50g
  • chopped broccoli 50g
  • extra virgin olive oil 1-2 tsp
  • kids pasta 100g-120g
  • Mr Organic Kids Pasta Sauce 1 jar
  • A sprinkle of salt & pepper


  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 190C and place the sliced courgette, carrot and broccoli onto a lined baking tray. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, then roast the veggies in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until softened and golden.

  • Step 2

    In the meantime, cook the kids pasta according to its packaging instructions.

  • Step 3

    To assemble, place the roasted veg and pasta into a bowl or saucepan and stir in the Mr Organic Kids Pasta Sauce.
