What is your earliest childhood memory?
I think I remember holding my little sister and being so excited for her to be there.
What are your daughter’s favorite books/toys?
Louetta is currently fascinated by interactive books with flaps and textures, and she adores her wooden stacking toys. She loves to color and draw. She loves to dance and sing.
What is your ideal family day out?
A perfect day starts at the Farmers Market, followed by a nature walk where we can explore and connect with the outdoors.
What was your favorite childhood book?
Go, Dog. Go! Written by PD Eastman and edited by Dr. Seuss. My Dad would read it to me with funny voices every night.
What are your change bag essentials?
- Organic snacks to keep Louetta satisfied.
- Lou’s Moana Doll.

- A reusable water bottle to keep us both hydrated.
How important is choosing earth-friendly baby care products to you?
It’s paramount. I believe in nurturing Louetta with products that are gentle on her skin and at the same time kind to our planet. Pura wipes are EWG verified, meaning they are free from any of the ingredients on EWG’s “Unacceptable” list – those with health, ecotoxicity and/or contamination concerns. It’s so reassuring as parent.
What is your favorite smell?
Lou smells better than anything in the world, but other than that I love rose, geranium and neroli.

What is your favorite family holiday destination?
I recently got back for a trip to Costa Rica, which was more exquisite than I could have ever imagined.

Motherhood has taught me the depth of unconditional love and the profound joy that comes with watching Lou discover the world.

I prefer a sling for the closeness it provides, allowing Louetta and me to share a heartbeat rhythm.
How do you relax at the end of a busy day?
A warm bath infused with lavender oil, followed by journaling my thoughts, helps me unwind and reflect.
Tea or coffee?
A soothing cup of chamomile tea is my go-to for relaxation.
