Junior Magazine Interiors Awards 2025 Best Interiors Product Design (Soft Furnishings) | Junior Design Awards 2025

Winner:GOLD - Best Interiors Product Design (Soft Furnishings)

Who:Wee Blue Bell

What:Wee Blue Bell PatchPocket® bedding

Why:

This simple yet revolutionary idea of stitching a pocket onto the front of a duvet cover really caught our judges’ imaginations. The JDA panel could see that Wee Blue Bell’s PatchPocket® bedding would be hugely popular with younger children, who would love the novelty of having their own special pocket to tuck away treasured items – especially favourite cuddly toys. The high quality, charming prints and clever addition of a patch pocket made this entry a firm favourite.

I absolutely love this collection, which goes the extra mile to make kids feel excited about bedtime. Who wouldn’t want their own secret pocket in their duvet cover?

Bonita Turner, Editor, Junior

Eco-conscious, original and fun. I love the quirky prints, the soft cotton and of course that special pocket for tucking your cuddly friend or most treasured possessions into.

Winner:SILVER - Best Interiors Product Design (Soft Furnishings)

Who:Kabode

What:Kabode’s Dino Organic Bedding Collection

Why:

Dino fans and their parents will love this bed linen, which combines impressively realistic hand drawn sketches of dinosaurs with soft muted tones and super soft 100% GOTS organic cotton. Our judges were super impressed with this range, which includes a particularly gorgeous, high quality quilt that any mini palaeontologist would adore.

Just gorgeous. The soft muted colours, beautifully observed dinosaur drawings and soft cotton makes this bedding the perfect choice for dino fans who like to sleep well.

Bonita Turner, Editor, Junior

My son was obsessed with dinosaurs when he was little and this collection would have been perfect for both of us. Just scary enough for him and more than tasteful enough for me!
