It was all about the padded and quilted jacket at Woolrich, which was fashioned in the season’s favoured colour purple and the more demure black.
The American label established back in 1830 showcased a collection which one would describe as samey! Although cute cricket v-necks made front row sit up and desire.
The label whose history lies in wool, failed to deliver much to do with their heresy. Instead boot cut trousers were more denim or cotton drill, often in shades of red, green and darks for both boys and girls. Stripes also made an appearance patterned over wool scarves and jersey tees. Fur decorated the padded jackets and hats and workman boots were worn in all looks.
