Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado or 2 small ripe ones
  • 60g raw honey
  • 50ml milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 25g raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp cream – optional

Method

  • Step 1

Simply blend all of the ingredients in a food processor! You may need to stop a few times and scrape the sides of the food processor down with a spatula, to make sure the end result is smooth and creamy.

    TIP:
If you are using the optional cream it will make it taste more like milk chocolate.

  • Step 2

Pour it into small glass jars or dishes and pop them in the fridge ready to serve as a delicious pudding. You can add any topping of your choice like dried fruits. This mousse also tastes great on pancakes or, as a topping or mixed through your morning porridge.
