Dairy-Free Chocolate Mousse for Kids

Ingredients
- 1 (if large) 2 (if small) ripe avocado
- 60g honey
- 50ml milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 25g raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
- 2tsp vanilla essence
- 1tbsp cream optional
Method
- STEP 1
Simply blend all of the ingredients in a food processor! You may need to stop a few times and scrape the sides of the food processor down with a spatula, to make sure the end result is smooth and creamy.
TIP:
If you are using the optional cream it will make it taste more like milk chocolate. - STEP 2
Pour it into small glass jars or dishes and pop them in the fridge ready to serve as a delicious pudding. You can add any topping of your choice like dried fruits. This mousse also tastes great on pancakes or, as a topping or mixed through your morning porridge.
