To find a good family holiday chalet, ask a few questions… Have you seen the chalet? If not, how can they help with your needs? How easy is it to get to and from the pistes, restaurants, ski school or children’s club? Are the staff qualified and experienced? And what’s included in the holiday package? A chalet holiday usually includes six days’ meals and linen, but not all operators include flights and transfers, lift passes or equipment hire.
