Fruit and vegetable sticks with a dollop of peanut butter is a classic healthy snack and on lazy days we often just place a jar of peanut butter with a few carrots or apple slices on the table. This is a slightly upgraded version with a flavoured peanut butter dip that is served in a jar and then topped up with crunchy fruit and vegetables. Because it is so simple, you can let your kids make
this on their own. Put a lid on the jar and they become a handy snack on the go.
