Now the children are back to school getting supper on the table in record time is a whole new ball game - especially come the end of the week when reaching for a take-out seems an easy option. So, move over fish and chips on a Friday and try one of these 3 easy, filling and healthy Fish Suppers.

As we've teamed up with the Tilda Kids range of ready prepared rice pouches to offer some quick-fit meal ideas - that appeal to children's taste pallets and growing appetites. The great thing about these ready-made rice pouches is they can be eaten on their own for a quick snack or, as an accompaniment to all of their favourites (think meatballs, fish fingers, sausages or even with more vegetables) but, we've 3 ways to use the pouches alongside some brain-boosting fresh fish.

Meaning you can whizz up a speedy after school tea that will appeal to even the most fussiest of little eaters. With each 125g pack counting as 1 of their 5 a day, they contain all natural ingredients, are vegetarian (when served on own) and free from artificial colours and preservatives.
