Welcome to the launch of the OFFICIAL, original and trend defining Junior Design Awards 2024

We’re pleased to finally announce the launch of the annual Junior Design Awards celebrating the best-of-the-best in children’s design and style. You might have noticed we’re running a little late! After many years, we’ve decided to have a calendar change and we’re now hosting our prestigious design awards at the end of September.

Want to get involved? Well, the Junior Design Awards are NOW OPEN and ready for your brilliant entries.

The Junior Design Awards #JDA24 are a unique opportunity to win a luxury award that is considered the most esteemed accolade in the family lifestyle awards arena, recognised by brands, clients and consumers alike. Winners will be handpicked by the Junior editorial team and a host of highly-respected judges.

I’m not sure which category to enter. Can I talk to someone on the Junior Design Awards Team?

How many categories can I enter in the Junior Design Awards?

You can enter as many categories as you like and you can enter the same product into more than one category. You will benefit from a 10% discount on your third entry and a 20% discount on your fifth entry.

How much does it cost to enter the awards?

Single entry fee is £260. You will benefit from a 10% discount if you enter three or more awards and a 20% discount if you enter five or more awards.

Are there any alternative ways to pay for my entries?

All entries must be paid for online, using our secure online payment form. We accept American Express, Maestro, MasterCard, Switch, Visa, Delta, Connect, Visa Debit or Visa Electron only. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques. Entries will not be considered until full payment has been made.

When is the closing date for entries?

Friday 26th July 2024 at 11.59pm.

When do products have to be on-sale by?

All products entered into the Junior Design Awards 2024 must be available to purchase on or before 1st September, 2024.

I’m having problems using the online entry form. Who should I contact?

Please contact the dedicated Awards Team by emailing us at info@juniordesignawards.co.uk as soon as possible.

Will I know if I’ve been shortlisted?

YES. We will email you with all the next steps and also request a sample(s) of the product(s) to be sent in for judging. We will give you all information including address, deadline and how to send to us. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFORMATION FROM US.

Will I need to send samples in? And if so, will I get them back?

We will request samples of any shortlisted products. These will be judged and tested by our panel of experts, external judges and real-life parents. Please Note: We are sorry but we cannot return any products after the awards and cannot be responsible for any transport/customs charges.

How will the awards be judged?

Entries will initially be shortlisted by the Junior Editorial team. A panel of esteemed experts from within the design, lifestyle and parenting industries will then judge all shortlisted products.

What happens if I win?

If you are shortlisted, or win an award, you will be given exclusive rights to the newest Junior Design Awards logo. All winners will be featured on juniormagazine.co.uk For a full list of benefits, see the ‘Why Enter?’ section on the entry homepage.

When will I find out if I’ve won?

Results will be announced in late October 2024. The official date will be announced nearer the time.
