WINNER: SILVER FOR BEST UNISEX FASHION COLLECTION
WHO: CLAUDE & CO
WHAT: A gorgeous collection of original unisex clothing for children aged 0-4 years.
WHY: The Junior panel really appreciated the fact that this clothing collection marked itself out from other unisex brands by veering away from the ever popular monochrome palette and opting for more subtle, earthy colours with the addition of cute slogans and motifs. The clothes all looked soft and durable with real personality and the ‘Milking it’ slogan was a real favourite! Our Junior Design Awards judges said: “We love Claude and co, gorgeous and very reasonably priced, which is rare!” Chloe Thurston, founder of Uber Kid. “Love the fun and the soft muted colours.” Donna Wilson, Textiles designer. And, there was more: “Lovely colours and simple designs – which we like!” Gabrielle Spang, founder of Scandi Mini and, “The colour palette is stunning. I adore the aesthetic and unisex styles.” Gemma Metcalfe-Beckers, creator of The Mutha.Hood.
