WHAT: A clothing brand that soley produces high quality, ready to customise boiler-suits made from soft washed denim. Children can choose from a selection of cool embroidered badges to sew onto their suits, featuring a wild wolf, fierce cobra, bright hummingbird, brave lion, or original octopus.

WHY: If you’re going to do something, do one thing and do it to perfection seems to be The House of Minimus’ ethos and they really have nailed it with their beautifully cut jumpsuits in soft cotton twill, which come packed in co-ordinating drawstring backpacks. Our judges were all in agreement and loved the potential for personalisation with the choice of beautifully designed badges.

WHAT: An independent baby and children's fashion brand designed and ethically produced in the UK. Every item of clothing within the collection is hand cut, hand sewn and packaged within the UK.

WHY: Our judges were blow away by this founder’s story. Not many people are plucky enough to start a fashion label from scratch at their kitchen table but that’s exactly what dental nurse, Cassie did when she was furloughed during the pandemic. The House of Margaux range of soft organic cotton rompers and leggings covered in bright graphic prints really impressed our panel who loved the simplicity of design, the fantastic quality and the fun but cool prints.

I love the prints and colours and they look so comfortable too.
