WHO: Bumbo
WHAT: Bumbo Multi-Seat

WHY: This multi-tasking mini seat really impressed our judges who thought it would be a great buy for anyone who wants to feed their baby on the go or anyone who might simply be tight on space at home. The versatility of this item was something that was commented on time and time again and the panel loved the fact that it can be strapped to any chair, immediately transforming it into a high chair and that it can also be used as a floor seat from 6months and modified as a booster to accommodate up to 36months. The stow away tray, super comfy lining and safety features including a non slip base and straps were also noted.

A great option for travel and the start of the weaning journey.

Our family has been using this since our daughter could sit up. It’s so versatile - we take it everywhere with us. Easy to fix to a chair or on a table/worktop - the tray makes eating or play easy and your little one can be wherever you are as it’s so compact. The Bumbo is robust enough to make you feel your baby is secure but lightweight enough to travel with or move around the home. It’s so much easier to clean than a high chair. We prefer it!

WHO: Skip Hop
WHAT: Skip Hop Sit-to-Step High Chair

WHY: This 2-in-1 highchair designed for to be used from 3 months to 3 years, really appealed to our panel who loved its ability to transition from high chair to handy toddler steps when those spoon-fed, plate throwing days are over. The stylish, minimal design with beech wood accents and practical details such as a washable seat cover, a dishwasher proof tray insert and an extremely handy inbuilt storage space for wipes and bibs scored very highly and the addition of wheels for easy manoeuvrability was also much appreciated. The new lease of life given to this high chair when it turns into a set of steps to help toddlers reach kitchen surfaces safely for cooking and crafts was something that lots of our judges felt would be really useful at home.

Perfect for families who love to eat and cook together!

A brilliantly versatile product and stylish looking highchair.

Such a good idea to convert this from a highchair to steps to give it a longer life. A “why didn’t someone think of this earlier” moment in judging…Inspired decision to include a storage compartment - wet wipes are always just out of reach when you need them most!
