WHAT: Natural, Temperature-Regulating, Merino Sleep basics
WHY: These premium quality, super soft merino wool sleep separates, including sleepsuits, sleepgowns, swaddles and blankets wowed our judges with their simplicity, efficiency and ethical credentials. The panel loved the pared back silhouettes and muted tones of the plain basics as well as the nature inspired prints for anyone who leans towards pattern. Evidence that sleeping in temperature regulating and naturally anti-microbial Merino wool helps to improve the quality of infant sleep, helping them settle faster, sleep longer and spend more time in the deep, restorative, non-REM phase, sealed the deal on this gold award.

WHAT: The original Magnet Mouse onesie
WHY: These sweet onesies were much admired for their looks alone and our panel were cooing over the Liberty Print ruffles and scallop trimmed peter pan collars before they even noticed the innovative magnet fastenings. Sewn into cotton channels the magnets make changing time a breeze. Our judges loved this time saving, frustration eliminating feature which they thought would be a huge bonus to so many parents, grandparents and anyone with limited mobility in their hands. A great product that fills a real gap in the market.

Such sweet, classic designs with the sleek and almost undetectable innovation of magnetic fastenings. A fantastic product.
These suits are gorgeous in their own right but they will be so handy for parents who want to change babies quickly and easily in the night and invaluable for anyone with limited hand movement.

WHAT: Popper, zip, & fastener-free babygrows
WHY: Sometimes it’s the most simple ideas that really do stand out and our judges felt that this design really would help streamline life with a baby. The simple super stretchable elastic pocket on the bum means easy nappy checks without disturbing your little one but it is also the route to putting on and taking off this babygrow entirely! With no poppers or zips that can pinch the skin, these grows are super safe and comfortable and pull on and off with ease. Perfect for parents in a hurry, anyone who always gets those poppers misaligned and disabled parents who can’t use fiddly fastenings.
I love this idea! Really want to try these out.

WHAT: Organic Cotton Zip Onesie
WHY: These sweet organic cotton babygrows really charmed our judges who loved the simple linear prints and relaxing colour palette. The founder was inspired to create this collection by her own child who suffers from eczema and the care and attention that has been put into making these garments as comfortable as possible was clear to see. No sewn in labels, water based dyes and soft GOTS cotton make these clothes super skin friendly and extra details like a two way zipper and fold over hand and foot cuffs really impressed. Our panel also really liked the fact that Lil & Izzy make matching pyjamas for older siblings, perfect for twinning and bonding in.

WHAT: Claybear Official Two Way Zipper Sleepsuit
WHY: Give a new parent a zip up sleepsuit and they will love you for life. There’s nothing like a top to toe zipper for making getting babies dressed and undressed so much easier so our judges were very keen on this two-way zip version which mean you don’t have to fully undress your baby to change them. No chilly shoulders and tummies here! Zips aside, our panel were impressed by all the attention to detail with super soft organic cotton, fold over feet and hand cuffs and sweet animal prints. The judges were also pleased to see that these suits went up to 24 months so that toddlers can get their fair share of this handy, easy to wear zipper model too.
The two way zips are a brilliant idea! Makes parents lives easier…
The quality of these felt really great and I liked the added stretch in the fabric for active babies.
