WHAT: A Danish children’s interiors company founded by architects Sara Camre and Robert Warren Paulsen who create charming organic furnishings and accessories for children and babies with an emphasis on sustainability

WHO: WILD HEARTS WONDER

WHAT: A children’s lifestyle brand creating highly original and beautiful hand-painted prints across interiors and clothing, crafted in London with ethical production values

WHY: Our judges were in raptures over this collection of wallpapers and fabrics and were all scribbling notes to  remember the brand for their own homes. The fresh and original designs and gorgeous colour palettes were a resounding hit. Here are just a few of our judge’s comments: “Love everything about this wallpaper, the quality and the intricacy of the illustrations is incredible.” Karen Beddow, Junior travel writer and founder of Mini Travellers“I love everything about this brand and their products. WINNER:  SILVER FOR BEST CHILDREN’S INTERIORS BRAND

WHO: COCO & WOLF

WHAT: A contemporary and luxury Liberty print lifestyle brand specializing in bedding and interiors working in partnership with Liberty of London.

WHY: One of Junior’s favourite interiors brands, this is the place to go if you like more than a smattering of beautiful liberty print in your nursery or indeed your own bedroom. Our judges loved the gorgeous selection of fabrics chosen from the liberty archive and all adored the fact that you can buy dolly covers to match the full size covers so that everything can be coordinated to perfection. Lisa Mehydene founder of interiors treasure trove Edit 58 summed-up our thoughts perfectly: “Simply beautiful, timeless bedding. Such high quality pieces that will last. Love everything!”

WINNER: BRONZE FOR BEST CHILDREN’S INTERIORS BRAND

WHO: EEF LILLEMOR

WHAT: Quality kids lifestyle products with a focus on design, function, and pretty pastel colors. All products are inspired by classic Scandinavian designs with a twist of Japanese pop culture.

WHY: Pandas! Pastels! Such Cuteness! This collection made all our judges smile and the gorgeous pastel colour palette and super cute animal motifs were a big hit. We expect to see a lot more Eef Lillemor animal poster prints in UK bedrooms very soon. Our JDA18 judges were totally smitten: “The water bottles were so very cute and I love how the colours work together.” said our Junior Travel writer Karen Beddow and Yvadney Davis, children’s fashion and interiors stylist said. “Lovely colour palette I really like the nod to Kawaii. And the eco friendly aspect too.”
