WHAT: Tiba + Marl's new eco-friendly, adaptable, unisex range, featuring one backpack and 5 optional accessories that can customise your bag to suit whatever stage of parenting you are at. Creating a unique Concept Backpack.

WHY: Our panel loved this new concept in change bag design, which gives parents the opportunity to create their own bespoke backpack by adding a pouch, a changing mat, bottle holder, clutch or organiser or all of the above to suit their particular needs. That the whole range is made from planet friendly RPET nylon hugely impressed the panel and they also loved the fact that this build-a-bag concept could be added to and used throughout your entire life, let alone the different phases of child rearing. The chic utility aesthetic, incredible quality and rigorous attention to all aspects of practicality and technical performance blew our judges away.

A modern parenting must-buy.

JUNIOR DESIGN AWARDS 2020 GOLD WINNER:Best Changing Bag Design

WHO: Alf the Label - The Ari 4-way backpack

More like this

WHAT: A fashion forward but super practical leather baby change bag, featuring ten pockets a dummy/key clip, wet-proof change mat, D-rings to attach it to your stroller and two adjustable straps that convert it from satchel to backpack.

WHY: Our judges loved the fact that this stylish bag really didn’t look like a changing bag but that when you lift the flap you enter a haven of organisation, endless storage options and practicality. The high quality leather finish that looks so chic but is also wipeable was another serious plus point and the panel really liked the fact that this bag was chic enough to have a long life that would extend way beyond the baby years.

Never judge a book by its cover – never judge a bag by its exterior! This bag looks super stylish but is also incredibly practical and designed to streamline life with a baby in tow.

JUNIOR DESIGN AWARDS 2020 SILVER WINNER:Best Changing Bag Design

WHO: Storksak - Storksak Organic bag

WHAT: A stylish unisex baby change bag featuring an organic cotton exterior and changing mat designed with function, practicality and sustainability in mind. Stain resistant, with a wipe clean lining and made from recycled material certified by the Global Recycled Standard

WHY: This is a changing bag that really delivers on practicality and organisation while still looking soft and friendly. The speckled organic cotton print really appealed to our judges who loved the soft, subtle design and use of a clever colourway that won’t show the dirt. The panel also really liked the fact that this bag was so lightweight, a serious consideration for anyone who knows the volume of kit that needs to be transported in the early months! The stain resistant and wipe clean lining made from recycled material certified by the Global Recycled Standard also impressed the panel greatly.

Love how this doubles as a backpack and a shoulder bag. Plus, it's the best looking baby bag I have seen.
Sam Dean, Beauty Journalist and Brand Copywriter
