WHAT: TIBA + MARL Organic Baby Carrier, produced by ISARA for TIBA + MARL
WHY: Made in partnership with baby carrier experts Isara , developed with a team of specialised orthopaedists and classified hip-healthy by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute, Tiba +Marl's first ever baby carrier is contemporary, comfortable and safe. With an ergonomic design for newborns through to 2 years, organic cotton fabric, innovative padded shoulder straps (that connect at the wearer’s waist, under the child’s bottom), and waist bag for personal belongings. Easily recognisable in T+M's signature design (leopard and Camouflage print anyone?) this is a cult classic carrier in the making.
We were so excited to see this on judging day - as we had one of the first samples. And, boy were we impressed. This is the sort of carrier I would have loved when I had a newborn. Its soft, comfortable and light. Well done T+M - on another winning product!

WHAT: The KahuBaby Carrier
WHY: KahuBaby is a British design-led, organic carrier in a range of modern prints including the exclusive Jojo Coco prints. These simple, lightweight carriers are simple to use and offer easy adjustability, with four carrying positions, and two shoulder strap options (crossed or rucksack style). The judges were impressed by the recyclable packaging and that they pass any manufacturing waste onto another Lake District based small business to create their own products with.
Who knew a baby carrier could be so light? Such a great, easy and stylish carrier for busy parents.
