Little Cooks Co Gingerbread Muffins! – Keep this recipe to hand …you will want to make it again and again!
You will need the following:
12 hole muffin tray
Mixing bowl and small bowl
Tasty Tip: Store in Tupperware straight after cooking to keep them fresh! They will last 4-5 days
- butter or coconut oil 80g
- honey 100g
- Greek yoghurt (or diary free alternative) 130g
- egg 1
- hot water 100ml
- pitted dates 80g
- oat flour 80g
- teff flour 80g
- gram flour 80g
- ginger 3 tsp
- cinnamon 2 tsp
- bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp
- Gingerbread men rice paper
