Easter Chocolate and Popcorn Bark

  • Easy

How about something a little different this Easter? Chocolate and Popcorn Bark that will give those traditional eggs a run for their money...

Easter Chocolate and Popcorn Bark

Who can resist to a delicious chocolate bark? Not us… But, what about some Easter Chocolate and Popcorn Bark? YUM.

Move over chocolate Easter eggs, it’s time to treat the children (and yourself) to something really special this Easter!  This is such an easy and fun recipe, plus you won’t need any fancy equipment or hard-to-find ingredients making it perfect for the kids to help make too. Just choose your favourite high-quality chocolate and throw in some extras like salty little nibbles, fudge pieces, pretzels, dried fruit, mini chocolate eggs, nuts (ideal for adults) or, some gourmet popcorn! We recommend Popcorn Shed! Its Butterly Nuts gourmet popcorn and Mini Pop! Toffee flavour are both Junior faves.

TIP: This also makes a beautiful homemade gift for family and friends. Just break into generous pieces and pop in a paper bag and tie with some ribbon or wrap chunks in greaseproof paper and secure with bakers twine.

Warning: You’ll need to make several batches because one bark will never be enough!
