WHAT: A fresh and contemporary range of timeless unisex sleepwear for babies, children and mamas made from natural, ethically sourced fabrics, featuring beautiful nature inspired hand sketched prints and pops of colour. The entire collection is designed, printed and knitted in England by a small family run business with strong ethical trading standards.

WHY: These sweet sleep suits and pyjamas really caught our judges’ attention and the brand’s focus on making every little detail as child friendly as possible really impressed. Soft-touch Oeko Tex certified cottons and safe water based inks teamed with designs that really capture the imagination, make these sleepwear pieces perfect for sweet dreams. Our judges wrote in their notes:

Super soft and gorgeous quality. Really lovely to see nice gender neutral sleepwear. Standout for me!

I absolutely love this collection. It really stands out from the crowd with its dreamy hand drawn sketches and the softness of the fabric is wonderful.

WHAT: Gorgeous sleepsuits made with skin friendly and highly breathable organic bamboo fabric specially selected to keep baby’s temperature consistent. The sleepsuits come in a selection of gorgeous contemporary graphic prints that coordinate with the company’s ergoPouch, Cocoon Swaddles and Sleep Suit Bags.

WHY: Snug as a bug is the term that comes to mind when describing these gorgeous sleepsuits that take softness and breathability to another level. The gorgeous prints will make bedtime the prettiest time and we loved the fact that these pyjamas mean no more sweaty nights when the temperature rises but will keep kids cosy when layered up with a sleeping bag. Our judges were super impressed and commented:

Great fabric choices.
Yvadney Davis, Teen & children’s fashion stylist
This is such a fantastic idea. The sleep suits are gorgeous, so soft and well made and feature that all important speedy zip fastening that makes life so much easier. Love the optional fold over hand and feet mitts too.

WHO: MyJamas

WHAT: A range of 100% organic cotton pyjamas, designed in the UK and made in Portugal by Lister & Bruce. These pyjamas offer a truly unique design feature called 'clever cuffs' which feature colour coordinated wrist and ankle details that enable children to dress themselves the right way round at bedtime.

WHY: Anything to shave off some of that protracted build up to bed time! We joke (kind of) but these pyjamas really do help kids get their PJ’s on the right way round while giving them a self-esteem boosting sense of independence. As well as being innovative and fun, these pyjamas are also super cute to look at and made from 100% cotton feel great on children’s skin. Our judges were suitably impressed and said:

Very clever. Really good idea and lovely quality.
Diana Bardega, founder of design collective The Mamahood
This is such a genius idea! So simple but so effective. I know lots of children who would enjoy the challenge of putting on their own PJ’s - maybe the reward could be an extra story!
