The iconic palm print wallpaper that sent interiors company House of Hackney into the stratosphere, (Instagram was heaving with ‘straight ups’ taken in front of it) has been applied to a beautiful childrenswear collection with Spanish kidswear label, La Coqueta.

The Palmeral and Wild Card prints that House of Hackney has become renowned for have been used over La Coqueta’s chidlren’s dresses, shirts and babywear, along with two new prints created from studies of artworks housed at the V&A. All this goes to show how much love and attention to detail must have been put into the project.

House of Hackney co-founder, Frieda Gormley, comments:

We love children to be dressed like children, which is exactly what La Coqueta does so beautifully. We are excited to collaborate on this range that juxtaposes traditional childrenswear with our inaugural collection of whimsical prints.

Celia Muñoz, Founder of La Coqueta Kids says: “We are very excited to have House of Hackney’s iconic prints on our traditional timeless designs. La Coqueta’s heritage mixed with a bit of East London edge adds to the surprise element that our customers look for every season.”
