Dinner in 15 minutes: No-Fuss Roasted veggie pasta for pre-schoolers

Ingredients
- 50g sliced courgette
- 50g sliced carrot
- 50g chopped broccoli
- 1-2tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 100g-120g kids pasta
- 1 jar of Mr Organic Kids Pasta Sauce
- A sprinkle of salt & pepper
Method
- STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 190C and place the sliced courgette, carrot and broccoli onto a lined baking tray. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, then roast the veggies in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until softened and golden.
- STEP 2
In the meantime, cook the kids pasta according to its packaging instructions.
- STEP 3
To assemble, place the roasted veg and pasta into a bowl or saucepan and stir in the Mr Organic Kids Pasta Sauce.
