American Apple Pie

This is a super-easy version of a traditional American apple pie
the edges flopping over the sides. Pour the apples onto the pastry, then flip the edges of the pastry back towards the centre of the tin. Bake the apple pie in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm with either custard or cream.
