Zesty Lemon Cupcakes

Bake a rainbow of flavourful cupcakes with delicate tastes from lemon and oranges to rose and deliciously indulgent chocolate
(see recipe below)Lemon syrup recipePlace 50g golden caster sugar in a pan with 4tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice. Simmer for a few minutes until dissolved, then take off the heat and set aside to cool. Once cool stir in 1tsp Nielsen-Massey Lemon
