Sipping Cocktails with Paris Hilton

Well, they are created in her family name, and these festive cocktails are perfect for party girls and boys. Adults only!

Hot on the heels of the big Advent countdown comes the numerical event of The Twelve Days Of Christmas which starts on December 25 and ends on Epiphany, January 6. To celebrate in suitable festive style, the award-winning mixologists, Nelson Bernardes and Daniel Carvalho from The Waldorf Hilton, London, have concocted 12 cocktails, each inspired by one of the twelve days of christmas. Our favourite is the sumptuous Partridge In A Pear Tree, which combines the refreshing flavour of Absolut Pear with a thyme undertone and a gentle caramel infusion made from lemon juice, caramel syrup, apple juice and a sprig of thyme.

Well the Hilton's certainly know how to make a name for themselves and we know how to make a name for them as well.And the cocktails?,well let me put it this way,simply exquisite!
Personally i believe that during a festive season the alcohol of choice should be cocktail's as they add a more sutle approach and a less vulgar effect, not to mention the fun in making cocktails at home with family and friends (+18 or +21 of course ).This Christmas season I had the chance to be in Waldorf London and to taste some rather refreshing cocktails (including the two turtle doves:)).Trust me if i was in my home with my friends,suggesting a cocktail will not only add to the excitement but give everyone the feel of being together.Isn't that what the Festive season is all about?..
