Rainbow Lollies

Your children will enjoy these red apples, peaches and strawberries ice lollies

Makes 4 lollies

Ingredients

2 peaches
300ml (10fl oz) water
1 red apple
125g (41/2oz) strawberries

Method

Remove the stones from the peaches, chop them into even-sized chunks, then juice. Add one-third of the water and divide evenly between the lolly moulds. Freeze until just set. Chop the apples into even-sized chunks and juice. Add one-third of the water, pour on top of the frozen peach mixture then freeze until just set. Hull the strawberries, then juice them. Add the remainder of the water, pour on top of the frozen apple mixture and then freeze until set into Rainbow Lollies.
