Ingredients

Bread
Sandwich filling of your choice
Cheese
Cucumber
Tomato
Carrot
Pepper

Method

Cut out the shape of a butterfly from a sandwich made with a filling of your choice.

2 To make the body, use a slice of cheese and cut it into a pencil shape with a point at one end and a round head at the other.

3 Using very narrow strips of cucumber skin, give your butterfly a stripey body, smiling face and two antennae.

4 Now get your assortment of tomato, carrot, pepper and cucumber pieces and decorate your butterfly to your own colourful design.
