Fruit Kebabs

These vibrant kebabs are a clever way to encourage children to eat a wide array of fruits

Not so much a recipe as a reminder… Stick pretty much anything on a stick and children will eat it. You can try the theory out with vegetables, too. Don’t give the sticks to the little ones in case an eye ends up on one!

Fruit (seasonal, 100g (31/2oz) for each kebab)
Your favourite yoghurt, to serve
Bamboo skewers

Wash, peel and chop up your favourite fruit and carefully thread on to the sticks in alternate colours or however you prefer. Serve with yoghurt on the side for dipping.
