Makes 20

Ingredients

200g puff pastry
200g strong Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon English mustard powder
A little flour for dusting

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F/Gas 6. Grate the cheese and mix in the mustard. Roll out the pastry on a floured board. Sprinkle it with cheese, fold in half to cover the cheese and roll again; repeat this process until all the cheese is incorporated. Finally, roll out the pastry to around 3mm thick. Cut it into long strips, twist and place on a baking tray, but Coco prefers heart and star shapes. Pop them on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
