Serves 4

This recipe makes a small serving of dessert for four people. You can always increase the quantities to make more.

Ingredients

2 ripe peeled bananas plus an extra one to decorate (optional)
1/2 lemon
4 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
8 tbsp natural yoghurt
4 tsp runny honey
Pinch of ground cinnamon

1. Put the flesh of the bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth. Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix with a fork.

2. Add the Mascarpone cheese and yoghurt to the bananas and mix together, then swirl through the honey.

3. Spoon into small serving dishes. If you like, you can put a few slices of banana on top to decorate. Sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon and serve.
