The Residence hotel in Mauritius teams up with the super cool fashion designer to put on fabulous fashion shows in the sun
The elegant Residence hotel in Mauritius has arranged a uniquely fashionable opportunity for mini fashionistas to strut their stuff on a professional catwalk. Wearing pieces from the latest Junior Gaultier collection, designed by l’enfant terrible Jean Paul Gaultier himself, three fabulous fashion shows will be taking place during the Easter holidays this year. Highlights of the Junior Gaultier collection include plenty of nautical inspired outfits – perfectly suited to the tropical beachside location.
The renowned Planter’s Kids Club at the hotel will run dedicated workshops to teach the wannabe models how to pose and sashay down the catwalk, followed by a spectacular showcase which will be captured on video to take home.
As one of the leading hotels in Mauritius for family holidays, the on-site Planter’s Kids Club offers experienced childcare as well as a whole host of fun activities including picnics, glass bottom boat tours and films shown under the stars.
The Junior Gaultier catwalk shows will take place at The Residence Hotel Mauritius on the 9th, 16th and 23rd April 2011, for children between the ages of four and 12.
