The standards were exceptionally high this year but finally we can reveal the winning brand for the Best Changing Bag collections in the Junior Design Awards 2018
WINNER: PLATINUM FOR BEST CHANGING BAG DESIGN
WHAT: Tiba + Marl (Pronounced Teeba!) was created in 2015 by London duo, Anna Tizard and Lydia Barron. Both Mothers, they spotted a gap in the market for contemporary, trend inspired unisex changing bags.
WHY: These are the mostintelligently designed, super functional changing bags where an edge of cool always comes as standard. We'll let the judges give you the feedback from the judging floor: Chloe Thurston from Uberkid says "I am literally obsessed with the clutch bag and best snack pack ever seen!" British Textile Designer Donna Wilson said: "Most stylish. Feels very contemporary and fashion conscious and I love the way it feels like a cool bag without looking too much like a baby changing bag. Love."
Scandi Mini founder Gabrielle Spang added, "We love Tiba & Marl, the most stylish changing bag. In addition, they are highly functional too with plenty of room for changing accessories." and finally, Gemma Melcalfe-Beckers (from The Mutha.Hood) said "Great contemporary brand, pushing the market forward and bringing fresh designs and ideas." Phew!... no wonder they scored top marks across the board.

WINNER: GOLD FOR BEST CHANGING BAG DESIGN
WHAT: The PacaPod Saunton is a ultramodern baby bag with the brand's signature - and genius - 3 in 1 organisation system comprising of a separate pods for feeding and changing items.

WINNER: SILVER FOR BEST CHANGING BAG DESIGN
WHAT: The Storksak Hero Backpack with its ingenious convertible dual compartment system changing bag doubles up as the perfect changing bag, gym/swim bag or breast pump bag for today's busy parents.
WHY: The judges were impressed with the spacious interior that features a convertible shelf to create two separate compartments for your everyday needs. Notably, the lower compartment is waterproof and ideal for storing breast pumps, drinks, or even your swim/gym gear. Scandi Mini founder Gabrielle Spang said "Great functional rucksack with a nice design." And, "Incredible ideas. Hugely versatile with longevity to take you beyond the baby years. Sleek, chic and a very subtle change bag" was high praise from Gemma Metcalfe-Beckers founder of The Mutha.Hood.
WINNER: BRONZE FOR BEST CHANGING BAG DESIGN
WHAT: The Zellie Adventure Bag is the only bag you need: from hospital bag to a changing station, pram bag and then overnight/family travel bag, the Woburn is for the long haul.
WHY: The Woburn is made from a textured leather alternative fabric and offers clever design for both baby and parents. The huge capacity of this bag is favoured by parents with twins or those with a baby and toddler in tow or simply those who want a really big bag. The judges mused: "Great functionality for a changing bag and big enough to use when travelling on a plane." WINNER: BRONZE FOR BEST CHANGING BAG DESIGN
