Junior’s favourite heritage bear dazzles on the set of glamorous drama
Have you been watching ITV’s latest lavish costume drama Mr Selfridge? Dubbed Downton with tills, the tale of the grandiose American who founded Oxford Street’s most impressive department store has been adding a touch of much-needed glamour to our Sunday nights.
So what were the must-have products filling those iconic window displays in 1909? Well wouldn’t you just know it, much like ourselves, mile-a-minute Harry Selfridge had a passion for the finer things in life, including Junior Design Award winning Steiff Bears.

What’s more, we hear whispers that screen-siren ‘Spirit of Selfridges’ Ella Love will be performing a cheeky teddy bear dance with the vintage critters in Sunday’s episode. All will be revealed…
