Following on from their very successful Gro-bag sleeping range, the Gro company has introduced a beautiful, clever new addition to the range, the Gro-snug.
Designed to make a newborn's sleeping experience as soft, safe and soothing as possible, the new Gro-snug is a hybrid cross between a sleeping bag and a swaddle.
The Gro-snug is easy to use as it's just one piece of fabric, with no folding or wrapping required - parents simply zip their baby safely and securely in, and then choose which of three choices of arm mode poppering to use to suit baby's age and stage.
For very newborn babies there's the complete swaddle wrap, with both arms tucked securely inside; for slightly older babies there's the option of having one arm loose, and for warmer days and older babies there's an arms-free mode.
Other unique features of the Gro-snug include a soft and safe, roomy leg area which allows for a natural leg position when sleeping, including curved seams for a hip-healthy 'frog-leg' position. Baby remains snug whether their arms are in or out, and poppers can be adjusted to allow for both. The chest area is double-lined for secure comfort and parents can choose between two supersoft cotton fabric 'weights' (cosy or light), depending on the season and the temperature of the room.
The extra-long and safe YKK zip fastening opens from the bottom to allow for easy nappy changes.
The new Gro-snug is available in three designs: Pure White, Grey Marl or Rainbow Spot.
