Smurfin' Joe Blogs takes a trip to Brighton

Now I've seen The Smurfs Movie and I must say they didn't really strike me as violent types. So I was kind of surprised to find this Smurf graffiti on my recent travels to Brighton.

I was spending the weekend at MyHotel and managed to co-ordinate my trip with a visit by the wonderful Nick Sharratt who was having a party for his new book Sock (I'm a big fan of Nick Sharratt's Pants. Well, you know, not his actual pants, but his hiliarious book).

It was really cold that weekend (hence my wintry clothes) but I still had a lot of fun chasing waves on the beach. If you go to Brighton, you've got to stay at MyHotel – it's really cool. We had a round bed!
