Petit Bateau to launch exclusive collections
The iconic French label re-visit their underwear archives and also team up with Petit Pan to create a dreamy nightwear collection
The clever team at Petit Bateau headquarters have re-visited their elegant design archives from 1918, creating a new range of 100 per cent cotton retro-style children’s underwear. The key is in the simplicity of the design, with plain cotton accessorised with a gold bow, high-waist or vintage button detailing; sure to give you a sentimental feeling! The range for boys and girls, ages two to eighteen, are packaged in mini retro-style boxes complete with original Petit Bateau illustrations and will be available in-store from February, amidst their beautiful spring summer 2011 collection.
In other exciting Petit Bateau news the Paris-based childrenswear label Petit Pan, founded by Chinese Kite-maker Pan Gang and Belgian artist Myriam de Loor, has brought its imaginative inspiration to an adorable sleepwear range for babies and children. The Petit Pan for Petit Bateau range is decorated with playful and colourful prints of poppies, half-moons and balloons, crafted from classically soft Petit Bateau fabrics and styles. The collaboration will be in stores exclusively from February 23 to March 25, 2011.
