Hi, it's me, Joe.
Baby, it's cold outside, but it sure is cosy-warm in the kitchen! I've been cooking up a storm at the Pastry Masterchef Class at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower. And what do you think of my most impressive snowman! Actually, Stephan – usually the Executive Chef, but today acting as my sous-chef – did most of the work, but I'm the artiste, so I really went to town with the decoration. As you can see, a good chef also follows the manta: taste, taste, taste, so I did do quite a lot of tasting.
My snowman looks pretty impressive, no? Never mind the fact that it is actually pure sugar – it does make a lovely table decoration, and this snowman won't melt. We also make the cutest little gingerbread Christmas trees. Try my recipes at home!
Love Jx
