Behind the scenes on a Junior fashion shoot - Through the looking glass

Glamorous clothes, beautiful models, stylists organising frocks and ringlets being curled are people's usual perception of a fashion shoot, but what about the sets? Hours can go into creating the right atmosphere, with props, sets and backdrops. In our June issue we featured a quirky Alice In Wonderland fashion shoot, which had giant keys, floating oversized cards and a gigantic smiling Cheshire cat as props. This fabulous set was created by Helen Macintyre, a Brighton University Graduate who has been commissioned by the likes of ASOS and Fortnum & Masons, and of course, Junior magazine. Here, she gives us a sneak preview and tour of her studio and work in progress...
