Bringing you what’s new for Autumn/Winter ’11 from the catwalks of Europe.
Winter coats were either padded and belted, as seen at Woolrich, or neatly tailored Crombie coats or blazers as seen at Fendi and Calvin Klein. Tweed and herringbone fabric and trilby hats often completed the look. Military details on tailored coats with epaulettes are also still key, as seen at Miss Grant and at Fendi (with monogrammed badges). For the girls, Hucklebones continue to impress us with their chic range of vintage inspired designs. We love the 1920s-esque cloche hats as seen at Bubble London. Elisa Menuts showcased a gorgeous selection of camel Crombie and duffle coats for boys and mini-dresses and A-line coats for the girls. We also spotted a gorgeous cashmere duffle coat and bright blue fur swing coat at Gucci, where tailored suits for boys were very strong in a palette of dark grey, midnight black and winter white.
