Concentrating on a limited palette of blues, whites and the occasional flashes of muted grey, mauve and pink, Ermanno Scervino Spring/Summer 2012 is a coherent and considered collection with a distinct personality shining through. Faded and distressed denim is given the boho treatment with white embroidered embellishment, Broderie Anglais detailing and organza ribbons while an injection of typical Italian glamour comes courtesy of lacquer-shine raincoats and tiered ruffle dresses.
