Chocolate Museum
Another city museum owing its existence to a man in the chocolate business is, er, the Chocolate Museum. After devoting his life to concocting mouthwatering confections for the Stollwerck brand, Hans Imhoff curated his shrine to chocolate down on the city’s harbour, with exhibits salvaged from the old Stollwerck factory. Visitors are taken on a tantalising trip through the history of chocolate, with sumptuous samples for all from the glittering chocolate fountain.
