Cologne Zoo

That’s the life. Spotting leopards and giraffes, flamingos and bears, and all sorts of other amazing creatures on your own personal safari tour. At Cologne Zoo, wooden wagons are supplied for the youngest visitors, so when legs get tired, all their owners need to do is climb aboard, sit back and relax – provided there’s a willing parent or older sibling to do the dragging. Over 700 species from the animal kingdom have their home here, so there's plenty to see. Some of the biggest residents can be found in the elephant park, the most poisonous in the insectarium and the noisiest in the monkey house - howler monkeys we're talking about you.
