Teddy Bear’s Picnic
What: Bears, eats and Build-a-Bear goodie bags for the first 100 child/teddy bear duos to arrive.
Why: It’s alfresco eating at it’s most child-friendly.
When: August 8, 12–4pm.
Where: Piccadilly Gardens;

Caribbean Carnival of Manchester
What: This colourful procession brings a tropical vibe to the heart of Manchester, with singing, dancing and elaborate costumes.
Why: Because there’s more to the Caribbean than pirates.
When: August 14, 15.
Where: Alexandra Park;
