An Alice in Wonderland themed day out for all the family at Picton Castle in Pembrokeshire. Join the Mad Hatters Tea party, tumble down a rabbit hole or join a fancy dress parade.

Classic Punch and Judy shows and brilliant balloon sculpting are just two of the tricks Mr T.Ricks has up his sleeve at Ynysangharad park, Pontypridd.

A Medieval Fantasy in Beaumaris
August 13-14
The Knights of Beaumaris Castle in Anglesey are fighting a tournament to decide the Supreme Knight. Visitors are encouraged to choose which knight they will support and cheer them on in each round of the tournament.

Cardiff Castle is also turning back the clock with character performers, a sword-fighting school, archery and birds of prey displays.

See the Tall Ships a-sailing across the bay, watch the action in the British Fishcraft championships, hear salty sea shanties, and don a splendid outfit for the pirate and sea creature dressing up parade for this year's Cardiff Harbour Festival.
