Take to the trees for aerial adventures at this themed fantasyland
Ever heard of a Crocklebog? How about a Boggle or a Twiggle? To get aquainted with such curious creatures, head to BeWilderwood, an arboreal adventureland set in the woods of the Norfolk Broads. Inspired by the fantastical tales of author Tom Blofeld, BeWilderwood is a treetop village of other-worldly tree houses, strung together with jungle walkways and skirted by sloopy swamps and amazing adventure playgrounds.
Star attractions Zippity zip wires, brilliant boat trips, delightful den building and super daily storytelling sessions, where children are invited to dress up as characters from the BeWilderwood books.
Family X-Factor There’s plenty of fuel for both fantasy play and high energy fun. And new for this year is The Big Hat a giant and pointy hiding place, which provides welcome shelter in the case of rain.
Not many people know this, but… BeWilderwood is an eco-friendly affair – with a focus on planting trees, sourcing food locally and recycling waste. Choose to hold your child’s party at BeWilderwood and the decorations will be cut from Eco-Fi felt, which is made from recycled plastic bottles.
Don’t forget to pack A smile, and your imagination.
