What’s your earliest food memory? The first time I ate white chocolate, probably aged three.
What was the first thing you ever cooked? Something like cheese on toast
How did it taste? Amazing
What’s your perfect family dinner? My own wood-fired pizza with salad from the garden.
What’s the best way to tempt a fussy eater? Serve them wood-fired pizza with salad from the garden.
What’s the perfect festival food? Spiced mutton burgers with tomatoes and minted yoghurt
